2. Eligibility: You must be  at least 18 years of age to use the Sourcing Services.  By using the Sourcing Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to comply with  all of the terms and conditions set forth below.
3. Provision of Sourcing Services:  Sourcing-Egypt provides a platform for the procurement of goods  and services from suppliers in Egypt. We do not own, control or operate any of the suppliers or their products and services, and we are not  responsible for the quality, safety, legality or availability of the goods and services offered by the suppliers. You acknowledge and agree that Sourcing-Egypt is not a party to any transaction between you and the suppliers, and that all transactions are solely between you and the suppliers.
4. Fees: Sourcing-Egypt may  charge fees for the use of the Sourcing Services. Any fees charged by Sourcing-Egypt will be clearly stated on the Sourcing Services. You are  responsible for paying all fees associated with the use of the Sourcing  Services.
5. Intellectual Property: The Sourcing Services and all materials contained therein, including  without limitation text, images, logos, software, and trademarks (collectively “Intellectual Property”), are the property of Sourcing-Egypt or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except  as expressly permitted in these terms of use, you may not use, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any Intellectual Property.
6. User Conduct: You agree  to use the Sourcing Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms of use. You agree not to: a. Use the Sourcing Services  for any fraudulent or illegal purpose; b. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Sourcing Services; c. Transmit any virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other harmful component through the Sourcing Services; d. Use  any automated system, including without limitation robots, spiders, crawlers, or data mining tools, to access or extract data from the  Sourcing Services; e. Use the Sourcing Services to collect or store personal data about others; or f. Use the Sourcing Services to send unsolicited email or other communications to others.
7. Termination:  Sourcing-Egypt may terminate your use of the Sourcing Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Sourcing Services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SOURCING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SOURCING-EGYPT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING  WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A   PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT WILL SOURCING-EGYPT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING  WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,  OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR
