 An RFQ, or Request for Quotation, is a document used to collect commercial offers from potential suppliers. It normally includes product specifications, quantities, prices, lead times, payment terms, delivery conditions, and other purchasing requirements 

 Minimum order quantities are set by each supplier and depend on the product, level of customisation, packaging, and production process. We will communicate the applicable MOQ when presenting supplier quotations 

 In most cases, samples can be requested before a full order is placed. Sample availability, production time, cost, and shipping fees depend on the product and supplier. 

 Our compensation is generally based on a percentage of purchases made through our selected supplier partnerships. Any applicable sourcing or project-specific fees will be communicated transparently before work begins 

 Quotations are generally valid for a limited period and may change due to raw-material prices, exchange rates, production costs, availability, freight costs, or changes to the buyer’s requirements. The final price and conditions must be confirmed before placing an order 

 Payment methods and payment schedules depend on the supplier, order value, product category, and agreed commercial terms. Bank transfer is commonly used for international B2B transactions. All payment conditions will be confirmed before the order is placed 

 Quality-control support may be arranged according to the needs of the project. This can include sample validation, pre-production checks, production follow-up, document verification, or pre-shipment inspection. The exact scope must be agreed in advance. 

 Yes. We can help coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners regarding packaging, export documentation, freight options, and shipment preparation. Customs duties, import procedures, and local regulations remain subject to the rules of the destination country 

 We work to reduce sourcing risks through supplier assessment, clear specifications, commercial negotiation, and order follow-up. However, product guarantees and delivery commitments are governed by the final agreement between the buyer and the selected supplier. 

 We treat buyers’ commercial information and product requirements as confidential. Where necessary, a non-disclosure agreement may be arranged before sensitive technical or commercial information is shared. 

 Yes. We can support both one-time sourcing projects and recurring purchasing programmes. For regular requirements, we can assist with supplier performance, price reviews, quality follow-up, and ongoing purchasing coordination.
