Refunds will only be issued for services purchased directly from Sourcing-Egypt. Refunds will not be given for services purchased from third-party sellers.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Any refund requests made after this timeframe will not be honored.

Refunds will only be given for services that are deemed faulty or not as described. In order to receive a refund, the customer must provide evidence, such as photos or videos, of the faulty service.

To initiate the refund process, the customer must contact Sourcing-Egypt customer service at info@sourcing-egypt.com. Our customer service team will review the request and, if approved, provide the customer with instructions on how to cancel the service.
Refund Amount:
Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid for the service. If the customer has received a discount or promotion, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
